Women’s Health and Wellbeing Lunch Sessions

Back to Activities

Women’s Health and Wellbeing sessions are run by the Community Development Team at Cambridge City Council. They are a space for women to come together, meet new people, enjoy a hot lunch and listen to speakers talk about health-related topics. The sessions are free to attend.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • You can connect with other women in your local community;
  • You can meet new people and form new friendships;
  • You can learn about different health-related topics from guest speakers who give talks at the sessions.

What to expect

The sessions are run by Luthfa from Cambridge City Council. Luthfa freshly prepares a hot lunch for each session. There is an opportunity to chat to the other attendees over lunch, and then there is usually a speaker who gives a talk about a health topic.

Women of all nationalities and backgrounds are very welcome to attend.

There is no need to book for the sessions, you can just go along. If you would like to find out more about the sessions before attending you can contact Luthfa on 07873 220427 or [email protected].
