CAMYOGA offer classes in an extensive array of yoga styles, including Jivamukti, Hot Yoga, Iyengar, and Ashtanga, suitable for all levels of experience. They also offer Barre, Pilates, and fitness classes to complement your yoga journey.

What to expect
CAMYOGA offer yoga and fitness classes at their studio on George IV Street, near Hills Road. They also offer online classes. There are beginner, open, general and intermediate level classes. CAMYOGA is for everyone, and they are proud of the diverse range of clients that attend their classes.
You can find the schedule and information about classes on the website. It is highly recommended to book classes in advance via the website or CAMYOGA app, to ensure availability. If is also possible to book in person at the studio if required.
There is a section for beginners on the website with detailed information about what to wear, what to bring etc. If you have any questions or you are feeling nervous prior to class then you are very welcome to contact the team on info@camyoga.co.uk or call 01223 524587. They answer emails promptly and answer the phone during opening hours. If you call when the studio is closed you can leave a message and they will call you back.
When you arrive at the studio you will be greeted by a member of front-of-house staff, or a volunteer or teacher. The team is small, so if you attend regularly you will quickly get to meet everyone. You can sign-in for the class either at the front desk or via the app.
Classes are anywhere from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours long. The duration will be on the scheduling page.

CAMYOGA studio has changing rooms, toilets, showers and lockers available to use free of charge. The building is not accessible by wheelchair.
There is no car parking, but ample cycle parking. Several bus routes stop on Hills Road.

Your first class at CAMYOGA is free. There are also two regular free classes where donations are welcomed.
Tea, water and small snacks are provided at the studio for free.

Classes have a cost for attendance - CAMYOGA accept cash, BACs, card and online payments. They sell t-shirts and other items onsite.
There are reduced rates for students, under 16's, over 65's and NHS employees. There is also a subsidised rate available for people on certain means-tested benefits.
