Phil Mullen runs disability football sessions in Cambridge to provide opportunities for people with additional needs to experience the benefits of being physically active.
This activity is good for wellbeing because
- You can get active in a fun and enjoyable way, no matter your physical ability;
- Taking part in sports and physical activity can improve your mental wellbeing, increase your self-esteem and confidence and give you a sense of purpose;
- It provides an opportunity to socialise with friends and meet new people.

What to expect
Phil Mullen Sports Coaching runs several different weekly disability sport sessions each week including:
- Disability Football sessions for children and young people: sessions for under 8's, 9-15 years and 16+ years
- Male Disability Football Sessions for ages 16+
- Female Disability Football Sessions for ages 16+
- Inclusive Football for Home Educated Children: sessions for ages 7-11 years and 12-15 years
- Down Syndrome Football: sessions for ages 9-15 years and 16+ years
- Powerchair and Wheelchair Football for all ages
