Forever United – Cambridge United Foundation activities for over 50s

Back to Activities

Cambridge United Foundation run a range of activities for older people including a seniors’ lunch, afternoon tea, community café, wellbeing walk and dementia café. They also run strength and balance classes and walking football. Anyone aged over 50 is very welcome to attend.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • You can meet new friends and catch up with old ones;
  • You can be part of the Cambridge United community;
  • You can keep mentally and physically active.

“The teas are such a laugh, and it keeps your brain active – especially the quizzes!”
