David runs Mindful Meanders monthly at Wandlebury Country Park. These walks are an opportunity to be quiet and present in nature whilst enjoying the changing weather and seasons. David offers simple mindfulness guidance at the beginning of the walk, and holds space at the end for gentle sharing of experiences over a refreshing drink from the coffee van.
