Rabble sessions are meetups based around fun and social team games. The sessions are designed to be inclusive of all players, whatever your age, level of fitness or sporting ability. Each game includes high-intensity intervals, giving you a full-body workout.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • You can get fit – each session is an hour of immersive team games which give you an effective workout without you even realising;
  • You can have fun – you will play a range of different team games at every session;
  • You can make new friends – the sessions are inclusive and friendly, and the club organises regular social events.

“I’m really proud to see my fitness improve so much. I’m probably fitter now than I’ve ever been. But there’s something else that makes Rabble so much fun and keeps me coming back – the amazing community.”

What to expect

During each Rabble session the instructor will lead different games like British Bulldog, Capture the Flag, Dodgeball, Frisbee and more, every class is different. Each game is explained before they start playing, so there’s no need to have played any of the games before.

Rabble sessions are open to people of all ages and levels of fitness and sporting ability. For the session you should wear trainers and clothes that are comfortable to run around in, and bring a bottle of water. If you are recovering from injury, let the instructor know any exercises that might be challenging for you.

After each session there is a social at a local pub which everyone is welcome to stay for. There are also a range of other socials on weekends that you might choose to get involved in.
