What to expect?
The group meets every Saturday from 12-2pm. Sessions are open to all abilities including complete beginners.
Attendees start with a coffee or refreshment and have an opportunity to meet each other before the boxing session commences.
Reach Boxing practices orthodox and Olympic style boxing, in a friendly and enjoyable way. The club doesn’t run any competitions and there is no expectation to compete. Many people attend simply for the fitness and friendship opportunities.
More information
Reach Boxing was established by a group of Christians aiming to help people find friendship, routine, build strength and discover a new hobby.
The group are always looking for people to help with the organisation of the sessions. So if you can arrive early and help with set up, or have skills you can share with the group, let David (group organiser) know.
All sessions are free to attend, however the group is funded through generous donations. So if you are able to support or contribute financially please talk to David at one of the sessions.
