Resilience Group at Lifecraft

Back to Activities

Lifecraft is a user-led organisation for adults in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough who have experience of mental health difficulties. Their Resilience Group is a safe, supportive space where people are supported to develop their own coping strategies for everyday life challenges.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • spending time with other people can boost your mood;
  • you will connect with other people who have faced similar challenges, and you can support each other in your recovery;
  • you may learn tips and strategies that help you cope with everyday life challenges.

What to expect?

The Resilience Group is a chance for people to come together to learn new self-help techniques, share experiences, and offer support to one another in a safe and comfortable environment. The group covers different themes, such as developing inner self- belief, dealing with social situations, and trust. Members are invited to discuss their feelings and viewpoints in a confidential setting.

The Resilience Group is a hybrid group held both online and in person at The Bath House in Cambridge (on the corner of Gwydir Street and Mill Road, opposite St Barnabas Church.)

There is a bus stop a short walk away from the Bath House, and Cambridge train station is nearby. There is a short term pay and display car park directly behind The Bath House and limited options for street parking around Mill Road.
