Satyam offers yoga, meditation, Pilates and fitness classes in a range of styles. There are classes and workshops for all levels of experience including complete beginners. It's a welcoming, accessible and inclusive space, supporting everyone to experience the benefits of yoga.

Location
The Centre is located on Hawthorn Way, next to Stir Café. There are parking spaces outside the front and street parking available further along Hawthorn Way. The closest bus stop is the number 2 bus stop on Chesterton Road. There is bike parking outside the Centre.
What to expect?
When you enter Satyam Yoga & Wellbeing Centre you’ll receive a warm welcome from the friendly person at the reception desk, who will direct you to your class. Yoga mats and all other props that you may need are provided, so you just need to bring yourself! Make sure to wear something comfortable that you can easily move around in. There is a room with comfy chairs where you can buy a hot drink and sit and relax before or after class.

To sign up for classes, you first need to create an account on the website using your email address and phone number. Once you have done this you can choose the class or course you would like to attend from the timetable and book yourself in.
Within the Centre there is also a Wellbeing Room offering massages and other treatments, and a Floatation Pool – where you float in a warm pool filled with a high density solution of Epsom salts and water. Visit the floatation page on the website for more information.
Satyam Yoga & Wellbeing Centre sometimes run open days with free classes.
Classes and courses are subject to a fee. You can pay per session or pay for a block of classes. If you are a new client you can attend your first five sessions for a reduced rate.
There are also reduced rates for concessions, and a solidarity rate (up to 80% subsidisation) for those who could not otherwise attend due to financial reasons.
