Singing Mamas

Back to Activities

Singing groups for women of all ages and life stages including mums with babies and small children. Learn simple songs by ear with time for chat and connection.

This activity is good for wellbeing because

  • singing has been proven to be good for mental wellbeing and boosting mood;
  • time for chat at the end of each session means it's a good way to meet people;
  • the songs are learned by ear so you don't need to read music or have any experience of singing in a group - this means are sessions are great for nervous singers or people who want to learn a new skill.

"I’ve been going to my local Singing Mamas for the past few years and absolutely love it!"
