Andy’s Man Club Cambridge

Back to Support

Andy’s Man Club is a group led by its members that supports other men going through a challenging time. Andy’s Man Club is a national charity with a group running in Cambridge. They meet every Monday 7-9pm (except bank holidays).

Andy’s Man Club aims to end the stigma surrounding men’s mental health and help men through the power of conversation. They provide a safe space where men can feel comfortable to talk and open up about their experiences in a room free of judgment.

The Cambridge group meet at Coleridge Community College (side entrance from car park) on Monday evenings 7-9pm. There is parking available and the building is wheelchair accessible.

It’s free to attend Andy’s Man Club, you don’t need a referral and you don’t need to book ahead, just go along! The group is facilitated by supportive volunteers who will make you feel very welcome. Visit Andy’s Man Club Cambridge on Facebook to find out more about the group.

There is also an online Andy’s Man Club group that runs on Mondays 7-9pm. Email [email protected] for more information.

Andy’s Man Club was set up in 2016 and now has has over 100 free support groups nationwide. For information about the history of Andy’s Man Club visit their website.
