If you have concerns about your mental wellbeing, your GP is there for you.

If your GP feels you need further support with your mental health, you may be referred to the Primary Care Mental Health Service (PCMHS).

If you need urgent help, please call the First Response Service on the NHS 111 helpline and select the mental health option.
