What to expect 

Cambridge and District Citizens Advice provide confidential, impartial advice and support to people living in Cambridge and surrounding areas. Trained volunteer advisers can advise you on a wide range of issues, such as helping you to enforce employment rights, manage your money, improve your housing or access benefit entitlements. They can also advise on consumer issues such as energy.

If you would like to speak to an adviser, call the helpline on 0808 278 7808 or fill in the online form on their website. They will either help you over the phone, or arrange a follow-up appointment via telephone, video or face to face, depending on where you live and whether you have internet access. Face to face appointments are by pre-booked appointment only, and can be held at the main offices on Devonshire Road or at one of their other community locations.

In addition to giving advice, their website also has an online help section with useful information and guidance on a range of topics.
