Back to Support

Centre 33 provides free, confidential support for young people up to the age of 25 in the areas of mental health, sexual health, family problems, housing, money and benefits. They offer free counselling sessions and provide activities and support for Young Carers.

Meet Frances from Centre 33:

Centre 33 are committed to supporting young people with their mental and emotional well-being. They have been supporting young people in Cambridgeshire for over 40 years.

Their drop-in ‘Someone to Talk To’ service is a self referral service for people aged 13 to 25 years. If you need help with housing, sexual health (including STI testing, condoms and c-card), mental health or emotional wellbeing, pregnancy testing, money matters, food bank vouchers, job seeking, training and education, or anything else on your mind then Visit Centre 33 at one of their drop-ins. They will be there to provide assistance and discuss your needs and options for support in a confidential, non-judgemental space.

You can also get in touch with Centre 33 via phone, text, WhatsApp or email. Visit the website for contact information and drop-in opening times. On their website you will also find their online wellbeing toolkit, which has lots of useful resources.

Young carer service

If you are a Young Carer, Centre 33 understand that it can be difficult to have days out and do fun activities with your family. Their Young Carers Service organise trips and activities for Young Carers which allows them to have a break from their caring role, have fun and meet other young people with caring responsibilities.

To find out more about the support available for Young Carers visit the Centre 33 website.
