Whether you’re an organisation looking after your employees or someone seeking support for yourself, Evolve is ready to help.
Evolve offers up to 13 weekly sessions of counselling for individuals over the age of 18, via video, telephone or face to face.
They have a pool of qualified (BACP, UKCP, NCPS or similar), skilled counsellors, who offer low cost services and an opportunity to be listened to. This might be help with stress, anxiety, bereavement, abuse, work or life challenges, relationship problems, loneliness, lack of confidence, depression and phobias, as well as many other issues.

Evolve does not offer a crisis service.
