Frazzled Fridays

Back to Support

Frazzled Fridays is a weekly meet-up for parents and carers. Drop in for a hot drink and breakfast and get support with any difficulties you are facing. You can talk with a professional who will help you untangle the issues and direct you to other sources of help.

What to expect?

Frazzled Fridays is a free community group which offers an inclusive and informal safe space to talk, connect with others and take time for yourself.

You can speak one-to-one with a professional who will be able to offer support with any issues you are experiencing in your family. For example, relationship difficulties, anxiety, or dealing with challenging behaviour. The professional will be able to support you, and also direct you to other people who can help.

There is no referral needed to attend the group and you don’t need to book ahead – just go along! Children are welcome to attend, and there will be toys for them to play with.

Frazzled Fridays is run by Cambridge Acorn Project in partnership with Abbey People.
