What to expect?
The Recovery Writing Group is a safe, confidential group where you are able to express your thoughts, feelings and experiences through the power of written words. The group is suitable for those who are experiencing addiction or mental ill health, and those in recovery.
Writing can be a helpful tool to help people to refocus, see new perspectives, relieve anxiety and depression and improve confidence.
The group meets on Fridays 2.15 – 3.15pm. It is a hybrid group, meaning it runs in-person at the café in the Hayman room and online at the same time using a video conference screen so everyone can see and hear each other.
