What to expect
Giving up smoking has a wide range of health benefits. Healthy You’s expert Stop Smoking advisers can give you information, advice and professional support to help you quit, including access to aids such as Vape Quit Kits and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
In an initial meeting, they will talk with you about why you smoke and why you want to stop, as well as any attempts you’ve made to stop in the past. They will discuss different treatment options that you may choose to use, and help you draw up a plan. Over the following weeks and months they will make regular contact with you, to help you stay on track.
