Cambridge United Foundation is the charitable arm of Cambridge United Football Club. It runs a range of activities for all ages - encouraging and supporting people to get active, try new activities and meet new people.

- Wellbeing activities – including a wellbeing walk, mental health football sessions and a community café
- Forever United – activities for over 50s – including a seniors’ lunch, afternoon tea, dementia café and strength and balance classes
- Walking Football and Supervets – football sessions for over 50s
- Disability Sport – opportunities for children, young people and adults with additional needs to play sports;
- Premier League Kicks – free sports sessions for children and young people
- LGBTQ+ Inclusive Football – supportive and inclusive sessions for the LGBTQ+ community
- Homeless and Vulnerably Housed Football – free football sessions for people who are homeless or vulnerably housed
- MAN v FAT Football – a supportive football club for men with a BMI of 27.50 or above.
